Return Eligibility

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
  • An unboxing video is compulsory for all return, exchange, damaged, or wrong product claims.
  • The unboxing video must be clear, unedited, and recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Returns requested without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned without proof of purchase
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong item

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Clear unboxing video

Once verified, we will assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The item arrived damaged/defective

A valid unboxing video is mandatory for exchange approval.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • A fixed return handling fee of ₹100 will apply.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel an order only before it has been shipped.

To request cancellation:

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed to the customer’s bank account.

Refund processing time:

  • Typically within 8–15 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on eligible orders.
  • No extra COD charges apply.
  • COD orders may require confirmation over phone call before dispatch.
  • Orders will be shipped only after successful verification.
